You don't need to become a tech expert. You just need someone who's been where you are - figuring out new technology, making it work with what you've got, and bringing people along for the ride.
I've been doing that for over 40 years. The technology keeps changing. I don't.

I've been a bookkeeper, a share registrar, a farmer, a business owner, a TAFE teacher, a community developer, a cancer centre manager, and an NFP director.
I've run webinars from the back seat of a car at netball training and ran sessions on the internet from a laptop and phone connection driving behind a herd of cattle. I taught more people about farming "blabbing" from the tractor while I was raking hay.
I was on the internet in 1997. I ran live video sessions from a ute in 2004 - before anyone had even coined the word "webinar."
I built a six-figure farming business from scratch in 2008 using online marketing when most people in that industry didn't even know what digital was.
When AI shifted from a novelty to a real business tool, I did what I've always done. I learned it deeply, tested it in the real world, and figured out how to make it accessible for the people I work with.
That's still what I do every day.
These aren't words on a wall. They're how I've built every business, every relationship, and every programme I've ever run.
They show up in how I work with clients, how I design workshops, and how I challenge people to think about AI differently.

I see patterns others don't. Pieces of a jigsaw before the picture exists.
Problems people don't even know they have. That's how I found technology before anyone else in my region, ran webinars before they had a name, and moved on AI the moment it arrived.
I'm always asking - who do I know, what do I know, how can this connect?

Try it. See if it works. If it doesn't, adapt and refine. As long as no one gets hurt, give it a go. I've cold-called strangers, pitched ideas nobody understood yet, and started things before I felt ready.
Sometimes the worst that can happen is it doesn't work — and you learn something better.

I never discount a connection - you never know where it may lead.
Like a seed, you plant it, tend it. Some grow fast, some grow slow, some never get out of the ground, and some lay dormant for years then sprout. Every one of my 30,000+ LinkedIn connections was a conscious choice to accept or reach out.
I put people and ideas together - often seeing how the pieces fit before the people involved can see it themselves.

It starts with listening. Understanding what's really going on - not just what's being said.
Digging deeper. Then making complex things simple and distant things close.
Whether it's AI in a boardroom or a workshop in a community centre - if people can't access it, it doesn't matter how good it is.

I've never done anything alone - and I've never taken the credit alone either.
Every achievement in my career happened because someone shared a contact, opened a door, or showed up when it mattered.
I do the same for the people I work with. I don't deliver a plan and disappear - I work alongside you, build your confidence, and make sure you can keep going long after I'm done.
I don't sell you a framework and walk away. I work alongside you - figuring out what actually makes sense for your organisation, your people, and your budget. If something doesn't work the way we expected, we adapt. Sometimes we end up with something better.

Not a one-size-fits-all roadmap. I sit with you, understand your organisation, and build a plan that actually works for the people who'll be using it.

From 90-minute introductions to multi-week programmes. Hands-on, practical, designed so people leave feeling confident - not overwhelmed.

Conferences, panels, board briefings, innovation days. I bring real stories, not slides full of jargon. Your audience will leave feeling like AI is something they can actually do.

The bit most people skip - and shouldn't. Ethical frameworks, responsible use policies, privacy protocols. Built for how your organisation actually operates, not copied from a template.

I build AI that works FOR you - custom agents, assistants, prompt libraries, and automated workflows designed around the tasks you actually do every day. Not off-the-shelf. Built to fit.

A structured 12-month programme for organisations ready to embed AI properly. Not a quick fix - a real transformation built at a pace your team can sustain.

I've built 30,000+ connections over nearly 19 years from a farm in country South Australia.
I can help you build a network that opens doors - authentically.

Hear from business owners, community leaders, and teams who've embraced AI with confidence.
The experience, credentials, and approach behind everything I do.

Certified through the International Association of AI Consultants - one of just 546 globally. I didn't just study AI. I built a consulting practice around making it work for real organisations.

Share registrar, farmer, TAFE teacher, community developer, NFP director, AI consultant. Every piece of that jigsaw taught me something I use today.

Built one connection at a time over nearly 19 years. Top 200 Global LinkedIn Experts. Not through hacks or automation - through genuine connection.

Internet in 1997. Video conferencing from a ute in 2004. Facebook marketing in 2013. Deep into AI from 2022. Certified in 2024. I've always been early to technology - and I've always figured out how to bring others along.
Absolutely. Most of my clients aren't technical - they're community leaders, business owners, educators, and board members who know AI matters but aren't sure where to start. That's exactly where I love working. I didn't finish Year 12. I didn't go to university. Everything I know, I learned by doing - so I understand what it's like to start from scratch. I'll meet you where you are and we'll go at your pace.
I get asked this a lot, and my answer is always the same: AI should make your people better at what they do, not replace them. The organisations getting the most value from AI are the ones using it to take the repetitive, time-consuming tasks off their team's plate - so their people can focus on the work that actually needs a human. The judgment, the relationships, the creativity, the empathy. That's my whole philosophy: human-led, AI powered.
It probably was - and that's not your fault. Most people open ChatGPT, type in a vague question, get a generic answer, and think "well, that was underwhelming." AI is only as good as what you ask it and how you ask it. It's like handing someone a piano and judging the instrument when they can't play a tune yet. I teach you how to get genuinely useful results - the kind that make you think "how did I ever do this without it?" The difference between disappointing and genuinely useful is usually about ten minutes of learning how to ask properly.
Book a call. That's it. No forms to fill in, no proposals to request first. We'll have an honest conversation about where you are, what you're hoping to achieve, and whether I'm the right person to help. If I am, we'll figure out the next step together. If I'm not, I'll tell you - and I'll probably know someone who is.
I'm not textbook. I'm 40+ years of putting my money where my mouth is. I've built businesses from scratch using online marketing before most people knew what it was. I've taught technology in football club rooms and from the back seat of a car at netball training. I was running webinars before anyone had coined the word. I don't just know the theory - I've lived the implementation, in real organisations, with real constraints. And I won't hand you a framework and disappear. I work alongside you until it actually works.
No. I work across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, HeyGen, Midjourney, InVideo, and whatever comes next. I'm not tied to any one tool - I find the right fit for your organisation, your team, and your actual use cases. The best platform is the one that works for you, not the one I happen to prefer.
That's exactly why you bring someone in. Most organisations can't see their own use cases from the inside - you're too close to the work. I come in, observe how your team actually operates, and spot the opportunities you're walking past every day. That's what 40 years across different sectors gives you - the ability to see patterns and possibilities that aren't obvious when you're in the middle of it. You don't need to know what you don't know. That's my job.
Then I'll tell you. I'm not here to sell you something you don't need. Sometimes the best strategy is "not yet" or "start smaller than you think." I'd rather have an honest conversation now than take your money for something that won't deliver value. My reputation is built on trust, not transactions.
